In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. 4. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). 5.
