I've got a delicious prawn sukka recipe for you! 🍤🌶️


Here's what you'll need:

- 500 grams of prawns, cleaned and deveined

- 2 tablespoons of oil

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste

- 2 teaspoons of red chilli powder

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon of garam masala

- Salt to taste

- half grated coconut

- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Here's how to make it:

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.

2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

4. Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. (don't add water)

5. Add the cleaned prawns to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

6. When the prawns are cooked, add the grated coconut and cook till it gets dry.

7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
