CHICKEN KABAB(Deep fried)
If you prefer a deep-fried version of chicken kababs, here's a recipe for you:
Ingredients:
- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix yoghurt lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium-high heat.
4. Carefully drop the marinated chicken cubes into the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
5. Fry the chicken kababs for about 5-6 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure they are cooked through.
6. Remove the fried kababs from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
7. Repeat the frying process with the remaining chicken cubes.
8. Serve hot with mint chutney or your favourite dip.
Enjoy your crispy and flavorful deep-fried chicken kababs! Let me know if you have any more questions. Happy cooking! 🍢😄
